The California Lemon Law applies to new or used vehicles that are sold or leased with a written warranty. If your vehicle has a problem, the manufacturer or dealer must fix it within a reasonable number of tries. If they don't fix the problem, you are entitled to a refund of your money or a replacement vehicle in addition and to your attorney's fees.
